Select Your Lot.
In town or out, we will build almost anywhere you like. Once you have purchased your perfect lot, just bring us the survey to begin.
Select Your Plan.
Perhaps the hardest part may be selecting which of our many plans you would most like to live in. Whether you are selecting from an inventory of floor plans or interested in creating your own, our trained Sales Consultants will be glad to assist.
Arrange for Financing.
With several preferred lenders to chose from our Sales Consultant will help direct you to an outside lender and/or mortgage company to arrange for your financing needs.
Make Your Selections.
While this part is certainly the most exciting, it can often times be the most overwhelming. That is why you will work hand in hand with our Sales Consultants as well as our highly trained design team who will help to make this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Begin Construction.
You will discover the New Lineage difference by working with your own Personal Builder. Several meetings are scheduled during construction between you and your Personal Builder to ensure your happiness. Unlike most builders who limit your number of meetings you have with your builder, we do not. Building a house is a big investment and big decision in life. We want you to feel comfortable every step of the way, which mean unlimited access to your builder.
Move-In and Warranties.
Your Personal Builder does not stop with the construction. You will be treated to a warranty orientation, which tells you all about New Lineage’s superior warranty program. |
